On August 2, Ricardo, plc, a UK based company servicing the international defense sector, announced it entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire Control Point Corporation, a US based full-service engineering firm specializing in the design and integration of complex systems that also services the defense sector, as well as in other commercial markets.
