On February 11, 2019, Camtek Ltd., an Israeli metrology and inspection equipment and software solutions provider, Priortech Ltd., the controlling shareholder of Camtek Ltd. organized under the laws of Israel, and Chroma ATE Inc. (Chroma), a Taiwanese electrical equipment company, entered into a purchase agreement pursuant to which Chroma acquired approximately 20.5% of Camtek Ltd.  (See Camtek Ltd. Form 20-F, Ex. 4.4, March 30, 2020, SEC Filing.)  Camtek and Chroma agreed that certain regulatory approvals would be required to complete the deal, “including the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).”  (Id.)   On June 4, 2019, Camtek Ltd. announced that “on June 3, 2019, . . . .
