On May 2, 2017, Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd., a Chinese equipment manufacturing company publicly traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, entered into a share purchase agreement with Robert Bosch GmbH and its subsidiary Robert Bosch Investment Nederland B.V. to purchase 100% equity interests in Robert Bosch Starter Motors Generators Holding GmbH, a Robert Bosch business that manufactures starter motors and generators for cars.
