On September 17, 2019, Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd., a professional services and engineering company incorporated in Singapore and listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX-S63), announced that its U.S. subsidiary iDirect Government, LLC, “acquired 100% ownership in Glowlink Communications Technology, Inc.,” a Mountain View, California company that provides solutions to “mitigate satellite interferences and improve the quality of satellite communications.” (Press Release, ST Engineering Acquires Satcom Anti-Jamming Capabilities, Sept. 17, 2019.) “iDirectGov, a leader in military SATCOM, now [adds] the Glowlink product suite providing high-level interference planning, spectrum monitoring, geolocation, and interference removal to directly complement our existing portfolio of satellite routers, hubs and line cards.” (iDirectGov Products web page, iDirect Government website, last visited March 23, 2021.)
