CFIUS Regulations
Regulations to implement FIRRMA were released on January 13, 2020, and became effective on February 13, 2020, under 31 CFR Parts 800 and 802. These regulations were later amended to include revisions for mandatory filings in critical technology U.S. businesses and notice filing fees.
